How Not to Paint!

Never Rush Painting!

In this episode I've copied an organisation idea from Saillife channel.

I also make a start on a washboard to keep the rain out. This is using some marine ply and a scrap piece of perspex. This was a practice run for more permanent parts of the boat. I have never done any of this before and wanted to test and practice first. I soon learnt that it was a good idea. It's not the smoothest job.

I also make a template to get a quote on some stainless steel backing for the forestay. I noticed the wooden backing was wet and rotted. Seeing as I have some highly skilled metal workers at the boat yard it would be stupid not to use them.

I was hoping to have more time editing and making the video itself but again I got pressed for time and my skill level on iMovie is not there yet.
